Getting started

How onboarding works

From the first call to a measurement setup you can trust — here's exactly how we start, what it costs, and what to expect.

The process

Five steps to data you can trust

Most clients go from discovery call to live monitoring in 1–2 weeks.

01Discovery call

30 minutes · free

We learn your goals, your stack, and where the data's letting you down. You leave knowing whether we're a fit — no pressure, no pitch.

02Onboarding audit

One-time · from $2,500

Every engagement starts here. We run a full GA4, GTM, and conversion audit so we begin from a verified, known-clean baseline — and you keep a prioritized findings list whatever you decide next.

03Roadmap & the right plan

Included with your audit

We turn the audit into a 90-day roadmap and recommend the retainer that actually fits — Starter, Growth, or Enterprise. No upsell theater; if a one-time project is the smarter call, we'll say so.

04Kickoff & access

Week one

We get the right access, set up health monitoring with break alerts, build your dashboard, and lock in your working cadence. The first couple of weeks move fast.

05Ongoing partnership

Every month

Hands-on work, insights reports, and reviews on the cadence your plan includes. Scope caps keep it predictable — anything larger is quoted as a project, so there are never surprise invoices.

What we'll need from you

We send a simple checklist and a secure way to share access — most clients are set up in a day or two.

  • Admin access to GA4 & Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads access (if you run paid)
  • Your website / CMS, or a developer contact for tag deployment
  • 30–60 minutes for the kickoff and access handoff

No long lock-in

Month-to-month, cancel anytime — or save two months with annual billing.

The audit is yours

You keep the findings and the roadmap even if you don't continue with a retainer.

Clear scope, always

Each plan includes set hours; anything beyond is quoted up front. No surprise bills.
